Our members at associate level are experienced in the travel domain with minimum tenure of 2 Years.
They are college graduates with an average age in range of 28 to 33 Years. 40% Members are experts in travel domain with exposure to multiple GDSs, efficient to do multi task and minimum industry experience of 5 Years.
It makes us super efficient to handle any kind of Travel request and resolve for any customer queries.

We have a dedicated team of expert staff (Omni Agent) to take care of VIP traveler/ Account based on the client requirement.
They take care of each single request from pillar to post and provide exclusive customer service (Like Flight monitoring that fall within 24hrs of departure, reconfirmation of their stay in the hotel, Crisis alert that impact their Itinerary etc.).
